When booking, we require payment of a deposit * through Bank transfer and send the receipt of the same by fax at no. (+39) 0424 1,940,458 or via e-mail.

In the bank transfer will be indicated: name of reservation, date of arrival and departure, cell number, number of people

*In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment will be returned:
-95% of the deposit if the cancellation is given min. 60 days. prior to arrival;
-50% of the deposit if the cancellation is given min. 30 days. prior to arrival;
No refund in case of cancellation less than the above periods.
Payment for your stay, from the day of arrival, can be made by cash, debit card, credit card, cheque.
In case of early departure you will be charged the room rate only for the booked period.
