AT WHAT DISTANCE ARE YOU FROM THE CENTER?

We are in the middle of the green of the Village of the Gnomes,
2 minutes drive from the center of Asiago, on top of a panoramic hill
with a wonderful lawn park all around.
You can reach Corso IV Novembre on foot or by bike through a scenic path.

Summer 2022 upon your arrival at the Hotel you will be offered a wide list of selected structures,  some affiliated with discounts
where to have lunch and dinner even with convenient continuous service.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

You will have at your disposal comfortable travel beds, fall protection rails, needs jar, toilet reducer, baby bath tub, high chairs, colored crockery. For rent, on reservation stroller and baby backpack.

IS THERE ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN?

The actual animation with animator is on standby but ...
A wonderful amusement park awaits you with many games: trampolines, inflatable slides, track with coin-operated electric cars, inflatable mountain, swings, football and volleyball field, nature trail and the Magical Village of the Gnomes!!!

After dinner in the Playroom you can enjoy many fun and relaxing movies on the big screen and... munching on delicious hot popcorn you will feel just like at the cinema!

FROM WHAT AGE CAN CHILDREN STAY IN THE TAVERN GAMES?

All children can access it with the mandatory presence of a parent.

WHAT ACTIVITIES DO YOU HAVE FOR CHILDREN?

It will be a pleasure to recommend fun walks ideal for the family to do in Freedom to discover educational farms, horse riding, beekeeping and huts where you can also see and caress the animals: all the healthy mountain at 360 °!
Or by reservation,
with our professional guides you can participate in excursions already on the calendar or other 100% customizable just "tailored to you"!

In winter you can reach in a few minutes, the ski and toboggan slopes of kaberlaba which are very close where you will also find excellent dining options to make the most of the most beautiful and warm hours of the day.

ARE THE PLAYGROUND AND THE GNOMI VILLAGE CHARGED?

Yes! SO WE ADVISE YOU TO BOOK THE PACKAGE AT GNOMO PRICE AS BY CHOOSING THE BEST ROOMS YOU WILL HAVE FREE ENTRANCE TO THE PLAYGROUND AND GNOMI VILLAGE AS WELL AS MANY OTHER USEFUL BENEFITS.

WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST TIMES?

Breakfast is available from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
By reporting special needs our staff will be happy to satisfy you.

DO YOU HAVE A LINE FOR CELIACS OR INTOLERANT?

SUSPENDED SERVICE
We are not used to having a dedicated line yet, find in collaboration with you among our dishes those compatible with your needs. If you wish to bring your own pasta from home, the cooks when forewarned the day before will take care and pleasure to cook you. We recommend for a better service to report the request in time to reception and hall.

HOW IS THE BREAKFAST?

You will find a rich breakfast buffet with delicious express coffee, fresh milk, cereals, homemade sweets, rustic black bread, delicious local cold cuts and cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants and many delicacies of the gnomes!

WHAT DO YOU OFFER AT THE SNACK BAR?

At snack Bar for lunch break you will find to enjoy outdoors, in the garden our delicious sandwiches, homemade pizza, salad, stuffed sandwiches, our homemade sweets ...

HEALTH CLUB

IS IT PAID?

The entrance to the Wellness Center "Le coccole" is by reservation, for a fee.
You will find an invigorating sauna, relaxing chromatic emotional showers, the salt cave, a gym, the relaxation beds area, a natural outdoor solarium.

WHAT OPENING HOURS DOES THE SPA HAVE?

The Wellness Centre is open daily from 4 pm to 7 pm.
For a better service it is suggested to bring from home non-slip slippers, swimsuit, cap and bathing bathrobe.

DO YOU HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?

In Hotel no but,
you will find an excellent one in Canove at 2,800 meters. from the Hotel.
Our Superior rooms instead have a relaxing hydromassage shower (free) with the possibility of a Turkish bath that can be operated on request (for a fee).

CAN CHILDREN ENTER THE WELLNESS CENTER?

To ensure a moment of "pure relaxation" the entrance to the Spa is reserved for adults.

The comfort room is the ideal solution for those who want the best and will pamper you with its warm mountain style in an environment of romantic atmosphere.

Welcome aperitif of the gnomes in the garden,
a bottle of water upon arrival in the room and courtesy set.
You can admire from your balcony a breathtaking view, free wi-fi, fridge, SATELLITE TV, safe and in most rooms, a shower with comfortable seat and whirlpool with the possibility of operating the Turkish bath for a fee.

When you wake up you will find a rich and genuine breakfast buffet: delicious coffee shop with fresh milk, homemade desserts, delicious cold cuts and local cheeses, fresh fruit and many other delicacies of the Gnomes!

FRANCESINA ECONOMY

Reserved parking.

Intimate and welcoming with handcrafted furniture, it is very small but pretty, with a comfortable queen-size bed (cm. 1.40 x 1.90: without footboard) and has a panoramic balcony .

It has a beautiful bathroom and on 2 floors Superior a comfortable shower with seat and whirlpool (the Turkish bath can be operated for a fee).
Satellite TV, free wi-fi and safe.
It is the most advantageous and ideal solution for 1 adult who wants to sleep comfortably, or 1 adult plus 1 child or ... young couples.

When you wake up you will find a rich and genuine breakfast buffet: delicious coffee shop with fresh milk, homemade desserts, delicious cold cuts and local cheeses, fresh fruit and many other delicacies of the Gnomes!

BASIC

 Reserved parking.

Our Basic solution is intimate and welcoming, with handcrafted furniture: it is small but pretty and has a small bathroom with shower (mobile bidet).
Satellite TV, free wi-fi.
It represents our most economical and ideal solution for those who make short periods.

Breakfast is practical and fast, at the Bar with a fragrant brioche and cappuccino.

WHAT WILL BE MY ROOM?

The photos of our sites or budgeters are purely indicative.
the rooms are 21, one different from the other: all very welcoming and attention to detail.
The room number for logistical and organizational reasons, to guarantee a better service will be assigned upon your arrival at the hotel.

Sorry... we have just finished a renovation that unfortunately limits us in acceptance.
For those who wish, there are two "Friends of the furry" who after telephone contact for info / rates host the puppies in their home.

For accounting reasons, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to accept the Holiday Bonus: for this reason we have activated excellent rates already directly discounted!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

The reservation is confirmed after sending a reduced deposit at a flat rate of €. 150.00.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION?

The new and facilitated conditions are being perfected to make them as ideal as possible for the current particular situation.

Standard conditions not valid in covid period.
Up to 14 days from arrivalentire deposit usable for another stay of the same duration / number of people within the current season.
Less than 14 days before arrival withheld deposit.
No-show payment 100% of the stay.
Late arrival/early departure/meals not used: no reduction/refund.

EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL?

For accounting reasons there are no reductions / refunds for late arrival / early departure / meals not used.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE PAID?

The balance must be paid the evening before departure from 17.00 to 19.00.
We accept cash, debit cards, checks, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
